The Technology Center is engaged in R&D work. In 2019, it assisted the company in obtaining certification as a specialized, fine, special, and new small and medium-sized enterprise in Shanxi Province. In 2020, the company was helped to achieve the National High-tech Enterprise Certification. In 2022, it supported the company in getting certified as a Shanxi Province Specialized and New "Little Giant" Enterprise. In terms of intellectual property rights, they have secured two invention patents, eight utility model patents, and several R&D achievements. Currently, three invention patents and three utility model patents are still in the application process. R&D papers have been consecutively honored with the metal products industry's "Sha Steel Cup Outstanding Paper" and "Chang Xin Cup Outstanding Paper" awards. The R&D achievement, "A tension control device for producing paper pulp packaging steel wire," won the Outstanding Achievement Award in the "Five Small Competitions" in Yuci District in 2019. The R&D achievement, "Application of Nitrogen Wiping and Negative Feedback in High Zinc Layer Hot Dip Galvanizing Production," received the Jinzhong City Science and Technology Progress Second Prize. Product R&D results have been incorporated as the main technical content in the People's Republic of China industry standard (YB/T 4296-2012) for galvanized steel wire for pulp board packaging, and in 2021 the standard was revised. Additionally, the enterprise standard (Q/YXN001-1990) for the production of galvanized felt nails was established. In terms of results transformation, 24 achievements were converted, with the production capacity increasing from an annual output of 30,000 tons to 50,000 tons. The leading product production technology has reached an internationally leading level, and the production energy utilization rate has increased by 30%. The leading product's market share remains the highest domestically and is tenth globally. The company's business revenue jumped from 160 million in 2017 to 270 million in 2021. Meanwhile, the development of new products and technologies, and the introduction of new equipment, further enhance and ensure the company's advanced production technology, making its products highly competitive both domestically and internationally.
